Phase Preparation

Oil Phase (Phase A)

Ingredients:

• Silkynol™

• Vitamin E (from AnhydoE™ NanoCore)

Instructions:

• Heat Phase A to 75–80°C

• Stir thoroughly until melted and homogeneous

Water Phase (Phase B)

Ingredients:

• Deionized Water

• Disodium EDTA

• Pentylene Glycol

• Glycerin

• Xanthan Gum

• Citric Acid Solution (10%)

Instructions:

• Heat Phase B to 75°C

• Stir until gum fully hydrates and the solution becomes clear

Emulsification

• Slowly add Phase A (oil phase) into Phase B (water phase) under high-shear homogenization at 75°C for 3–5 minutes

• Cool down to below 45°C before adding sensitive actives

Active Phase (Phase D)

Ingredients:

• PHYTO-DEFENSE CORE™

• Aloe Vera Extract

• Bisabolol

• Sodium Hyaluronate (50 kDa)

Instructions:
