SilkHydra Essence Cream – Manufacturing Procedure
Phase A: Oil Phase (70–80°C)
In a main homogenizing tank, add and heat the following oil phase ingredients to 70–80°C with continuous stirring:

PhytoPearl™ Emulsifier Wax G35
Silkynol™ ，PhytoSilk™ VMM
Notes:
Heat until fully melted; avoid overheat- ing to prevent emulsifier degradation. Stir at 300–500 rpm to ensure uniform mixing without introducing air.
Phase B: Aqueous Phase (70–80°C)
In a separate tank, prepare the aqueous phase and heat to the same temperature:
Ingredients
Deionized Water (adjusted for aqueous actives), Disodium EDTA, Glycerin, Pentylene Glycol, Xanthan Gum (pre-dispersed in glycerin)
Notes:
Disperse xanthan gum in glycerin first to avoid clumping. Heat with stirring until fully dissolved.
Emulsification (High Temperature Homogenization)
Slowly add the oil phase into the aqueous phase at 85°C with high-shear mixing: Homogenization Speed: 3000–5000 rpm Time: 3–5 minutes Conditions: Open or vacuum system depending on equipment
Objective:
To form a stable oil-in-water emulsion with a smooth, creamy texture, preparing for later incorporation of sensitive actives.
Phase C: Cooling (Below 45°C)
Continue gentle stirring while cooling the mixture to 40–45°C, then add temperature-sensitive active ingredients: Ingredients DermaPerm™
Notes:
Reduce stirring speed to 100–300 rpm to avoid damage to nano-structures.
Shake or mix compound bases well before addition if phase separation exists.
Phase D: Final pH Adjustment (Below 35°C)
Cool the batch to 30–35°C. Adjust pH as needed:

Final Step: Filling and Stability Conditioning
