LumiBrilliance™ Rapid Brightening Serum – Formulation Procedure
Step 1: Phase A – Aqueous Base Preparation
Ingredients:
Deionized Water
Glycerin
Pentylene Glycol
Disodium EDTA
Sclerotium Gum (or Carbomer)
Procedure:
Add deionized water into the main mixing tank and start slow stirring.
Add glycerin and pentylene glycol, stir until fully dissolved.
Add Disodium EDTA and continue stirring until the solution is clear.
Slowly sprinkle in Sclerotium Gum (or Carbomer), stir at low to medium speed to ensure full hydration.
Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes for complete hydration. If using Carbomer, neutralize at the end.
Step 2: Phase B – Active Complexes
Ingredients:
AnhydoE™ NanoCore
Synerglow™ DPB (Clear Version)
LumiSpeed™ DIB (Transparent Type)
RegenaLipo™ 50 (Refined Transparent Version)
Procedure:
Pre-mix the above active ingredients to ensure uniformity.
Under continuous stirring, slowly add this blend into the aqueous phase.
Stir for 15–20 minutes until fully dispersed.
Use a high-shear homogenizer at 4000–6000 rpm for 3–5 minutes to enhance clarity and uniformity.
Step 3: Phase C – Sensory Enhancers
Ingredients:
Silkynol™ Light (Silicone-free, Lightweight Feel)
Preservative (if needed)
Procedure:
Pre-dilute Silkynol™ Light with a small amount of pentylene glycol.
Slowly add into the main system under stirring.
Add preservative at this stage, if required.
Step 4: pH Adjustment
Ingredients:
Citric Acid solution / Sodium Hydroxide solution (1–5%)
Procedure:
Measure the pH of the system using a calibrated pH meter.
Adjust the pH gradually to 5.5–6.0 using appropriate buffer solution.
Stir for 10 minutes to ensure pH stabilit
Step 5: Filtration and Packaging
Filter the final serum through a 100–120 mesh microfilter to remove particles or air bubbles.
For enhanced transparency, apply vacuum defoaming if needed.
Fill into dark glass bottles or airless pumps to avoid light-induced degradation.
⚠️ Notes:
Keep the temperature below 35°C when adding active ingredients to avoid degradation.
Control high-shear mixing time to prevent foaming.
Aseptic filling or post-pasteurization is recommended to ensure product stability and shelf life.
