Phase A (Water Phase) Preparation Add ingredients in the following order: Ingredients: Deionized Water, Disodium EDTA, Carbopol Ultrez 21, Glycerin + Pentylene Glycol + Allantoin + Niacinamide + Ectoin, Beta-Glucan + Sodium Hyaluro- nate, Aloe Vera Extract (200%) , Xanthan Gum Phase B (Oil Phase) Preparation Heat and mix at ~60°C until fully melted Ingredients PhytoPearl™ Emulsifier Wax G35+ (4.5%) , Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (CCT), BHT (0.05%)

Heat and stir Phase B until homogenous.

Step 3: Emulsification (Combining A + B Phases)

Slowly add heated Phase B into Phase A at 55–60°C Homogenize at 4000–5000 rpm for 3–5 minutes Continue stirring while cooling to below 40°C.
